Title: NCR: Gurgaon going strong
Post by: sunil on September 27, 2011, 03:17:57 PM
Average prices have sharply risen in NCR region in last 1-year. Prices continue to rise in most locations (i.e., in Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida and Faridabad) while other regions have seen some signs of stabilization at high levels (i.e. in New Delhi, Ghaziabad).

This has led to sales volumes beginning to slow (other than Gurgaon, which remains a buoyant market), with absorption levels in the past few months edging closer towards the 2009 monthly average (weaker year in the downturn).
