Average Prices in Pune are at all time highs. The rate at which average prices in Pune have shot up are among the highest seen in the country in the past one year (10 of the last 12 months have clocked a YoY growth of ~9-11%). Volumes have been gradually falling since last 1-year and July was quite weak. It is not surprising that launches have been drying up given the traction slowdown.
