Title: Escrow Agents for Property Sales in India ?

Do Banks or any other Government authorized agencies act as Escrow for Property Sales [ Residential Apartments and Plots] ? This will eliminate the Agreement for Sale as well as the headache of going to Court. Any idea how to SELL a Property using Escrow Services ? No Black Money is involved in our transaction.

My organisation is one of the few Insitutional players in Escrow Services. We do provide Propety Escrow.

We have three insitutional shareholders. Out of three shareholders one is a leading indian private bank and another is one of the big five private banks based out of Switzerland.
