Noida Grande (350 acres) Most of the revaluation comes from Grande Parcel (350 acres) which the co acquired in 2005 for Rs 1700 Cr currently valued at Rs 5250 Cr
Noida - Sec 113 and Expressway (100 acres), Recent 58 acres acquisition - Rs 1350 Cr
Unihomes noida greater noida (320 acres) - Rs 480 Cr
Others - Mostly relate to Chennai/ Hyd and rest of India parcels. Co. trying to monetize the same With Unihomes but progress there is slow - Rs 5500 Cr
