Recently, Godrej had acquired 51 percent stake of Sara Lee in their joint venture Godrej Sara Lee.
Godrej said that the JV company will now be called Godrej Household Products Ltd.
Meanwhile, Godrej Sara Lee was a 15-year-old joint venture between Indian FMCG major Godrej and Sara Lee.
The JV, however, would mainly, market insecticides, including mosquito repellent brand Good Knight, Hit, air freshener Ambi Pur and shoe polish Kiwi in India.
It had earlier, said that it has completed the process of acquiring 51 per cent stake held by Sara Lee in the joint venture for around Rs 1,100 crore.
