When / How to Book Profits ?
« on: August 28, 2015, 11:04:15 AM »
If you have BOUGHT Aggressively during the recent Crash in the Stock Market, when do you Book Profits ?

NIFTY 200 DMA is around 8320. I expect a small correction from around that level before the INDEX begins back its upward journey. So around 8300 [Or whatever Returns you feel is reasonable], you can safely Book 50% Profits of what you have bought in the recent CRASH. For Example, if you have bought 100 shares of HDFC Bank around Rs 1,020, then around Rs 1,060 you can sell 50 shares. Similarly for other High Quality Private Financial Institutions - HDFC, Axis Bank, Kotak Bank, City Union Bank, etc

What if you haven't Bought in Big Quantity and just 20 to 30 Shares ?
Then you can HOLD them and sit tight as the above mentioned companies will continue to make money and grow their EPS ir-respective of Narendra Modi or Nitish Kumar or Mulyam Yadav.
