DSP Merrill Lynch Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of Abbott Capital India Ltd ("Acquirer") and Abbott Laboratories ("Person Acting in Concert" /"PAC") has issued this Public Announcement ("PA") to the Shareholders of Solvay Pharma India Ltd ("Target Company"). The offer is for acquiring 1,009,942 voting equity shares representing ~20% of the equity capital at INR 3054.73 per share. The offer has an acceptance ratio of ~65%. The post offer breakeven at current levels is ~INR 2562.
