Bharti WalMart promoted Best Price Modern Wholesale store operates in the Cash and Carry segment is not open for shopping to everybody but only to small retailers like Kirana shop owners, Hotel & Restaurant businesses etc. You need to be a member to shop in these Best Price Modern Wholesale Shop and the procedure is as follows,
1. You will have to Fill & Sign an Application form given at the Store.
2. Carry with you a Self attested copy of an authorized business license - VAT, Sales Tax, TIN registration or certificate etc
3. In case the Business License as described in Step-2 is in the name of your uncle lets say "Ram Gopal" and if you "Raj Kumar" want to become a member, then carry a letter of Authorization from Ram Gopal stating that he'd like to make Raj Kumar his authorized representative for shopping at Best Price Modern Wholesale Stores.
4. Ram Gopal also has the option to add Raj Kumar on his card, as an ADD-On Member thus both can shop at the store. Ram Gopal can add 2 such members.
5. For an expired license, a copy of the expired license, a copy of the renewal application and a fee receipt
Validity of Membership at Best Price Modern Wholesale Store
It will expire on the same day as your business license will. Thus if your business license is expiring, kindly renew the same and then become a member.
