Before escalating the Issue with RBI Banking ombudsman, you MUST have contacted your Bank[ i.e ICICI, HDFC, SBI, Axis, etc] Ombudsman. Your Local Bank Ombudsman Information is available in the Branch, DEMAND it if the Manager has not Publicly displayed the same.
