settlement of laon account

i have a loan from barclays bank of rs.3.35 l in 2008. since i am regularly paying my emi's every month but ecs is getting bounced and i am paying later with due bouncing charges. the tenure is about 4 yrs. can i now settle with the bank in full and final settlement. how should i go about it and what is the waiver i should expect

Yes I am sure you can settle the A/C. I am not sure if you are eligible for any waiver, but since this is a 18 month old A/C, pre-payment penalty should be reduced. Go ahead, negotiate and close the Account.
