HDFC terms and condition

Hello cardbhai,

I was approached by HDFC for a pre-approved credit card, I decided to apply for it, but when I read the form its terms and condition state "... I confirm that basis my eligibility HDFC bank shall at its sole discretion reserves the right to issue any existing card product in their portfolio... "

Does this mean they can send me other cards without my consent?
