I wanted to verify my union bank of india debit card on entropay and they asked me for the 6 digit authorisation/aprroval code of the transaction they charged on my debit card.
I went to my ATM and took out the mini statement and there was no 6 digit code, there was only "POS:Entropay".
What do I do, how do I get the 6 digit code?
I contacted entropay, they said there is always a 6 digit authorisation/aprroval code for every transaction so that in any case of dispute, transaction can be verified.
This is really urgent.Please help
