Hi...

please help me plzzzzzzzzz.
i am in very horrible sitaution....wher i have a icici credit card...used by my friend long back 2yrs ago.......
and the crad limit is 66k, but apllying all interest and all...... it came around 1L ......
the card belongs to chennai state
i lost my job ..and moved from chennai.....
but till now i have not cleared my acct......
to clear my account for a settlement how i need to approach....
do i need to contact the bank people directly and ask for settlement ..will there be any problem if i approach directly.....
or have any way.....
i dont want to file any case or so..as my parents were unaware of it...
if for settlement how much they will offer me and can i go for EMI......
as i dont have any job at present....

plz let me know it asap ...
i am in neck tight situation please do the need fulll asap.

After that you follow the following steps for Full & Final Settlement
