I want to shop online and in the checkout i added my debit card no and it said partial debit/credit card and then i used my new credit card and its telling that the transaction is cancelled. Whats can be the problem pls help me!!!

the card works in my country but not internationally. but actually the card is international-IOB visa card.

What was the website ? Indian or International ?

Additionally, Indian International Debit Cards cannot be used for FOREX transactions in some countries. You have to read that as well.

LOL . They need money to be transferred to their Account by Online Banking and not using your stupid cards. Only Insurance premium can be paid using cards, though LIC doesn't accept them and relies on cash, Cheque, DD or Online Money Transfer.

Actually, some local credit cards or debit cards are not supported internationally. So, you can try having a Visa card or master card. Those two are the most common cards that you could use.
