My ICICI Credit Card No. is XXXX XXXX XXXX 2003.I did a transaction of Rs. 4111.00 twice on 23rd of may 14.One of the transaction got failed and other being successful. But the amount against failed transaction is still not being credited in my ICICI Credit Card.I am following up with go air to provide the info over mail that the transaction got failed and amount is to be refunded But they are not sending me this info so that I can forward it warded it to ICICI Credit Card Team as Credit card Team is saying that merchant i.e Go Air has claimed the amount I have already sent atleast 5 to 6 emails to Go Air and talked to Customer Care over phone, but there is no response from Go Air.

I have had to Pay ICCI credit Card Twice and inspite of all efforts to get the refund i have to pay ICICI cerdit card twice the money as GO Air is not responding.I was forced to pay ICICI credit card as in case of non payment they woukd have imposed penalty and I am suffering only because of GO AIR unprofessional attitude.

1. You have to file a Dispute with ICICI Bank Credit Cards Division asking them to Prove the transaction has gone through. The Onus now lies on the Bank to Prove the same and not the consumer. Read this http://www.cardbhai.com/2010/05/how-to-fight-credit-card-fraud-india.html

2. If ICICI Bank Furnishes Information on the same that GoAir has claimed the amount twice and has issued ticket only once, then it is GoAir Which has cheated and thus you can raise a complaint against them in Consumer Court.

3. If ICICI Fails to provide sufficient evidence, raise the matter with ICICI Bank Ombudsman and if he fails to reply then with the rBI Ombudsman. Go step by Step because that is how our Indian laws are written by IL-literate Politicians. Can't help it.
