CREDIT CARD SETTLEMENT HELP

Dear Sir,

I want your help in settling my SBI Credit Card Number 4317 5757 0440 3816. Today i have spoken to them and as per them my outstanding is Rs.126000/- approximately. this card was closed in the year 2005. I am ready to pay any acutal outstnading amount on it.

1. Write to the Banking Ombudsman saying you have closed the A/C in 2005. You don't mention if A/C was closed with full payment or not. So what was the status ? Get the Detailed A/C statement from SBI and then we can look at it.

2. How come in the last 4 years you received no Bill or Call from SBI ? I find it hard to believe when you guys say that.

3. Get your CIBIL Report and see what's there in it. Very likely it is damaged but to what extent ? Visit Cardbhai.com for details on getting your CIBIL report.
