Question (1) I Would like to ask you that I have more than 3-4 card and they all are in MAD dues of 4 to 8 month.
Because of financial crises i was unable to pay their dues,now i have some regular funds flow every month andwant make payment but my outstanding amount is too higher than principle amount,it variable from 125% to 160% of principle amount.
They give me discount on the name of settlement,but settlement flag show in CIBIL report.
I asked them, you calculate your principle amount and than apply bank interest, I will pay and make my account zero.without any flag...
So they confuse and now replied, so what i have to do
Please advise me.....

Question (3) What are the settlement commission to their agent approximately they get ??
