HDFC settlement fraud

Hello sir, i had an HDFC credit card. In 2009 i had settled with them for the payment of 24200rs in 8 installments and i had paid all the installments except for the last one as i was critically ill that month and being the only earning member nobody knew about the handlings of it.The person from the bank had come and asked me to pay the installment with penalty (1 full installment) hence i paid 9 installments in  total and that person wrote on the bank slip last settlement amount paid.I was ignorant about the procedure of entire settlement and got fooled. The bank kept on calling me and asking for further payments and finally after 6mnts they asked me to again pay 4k which i did bt again after 1 yr the bank started calling me and sent 65k outstanding amount letter and now they are harrasing me n my family.Apart from that they have tapped all the information about my childrens and keep calling on their numbers(they are students) and asking them to make the payment if i cannot.Sir, please help how to end this problem. And i do not have any ablity to repay 65k.

It is not HDFC that has done the fraud, but the collection agent should have done this.

1. Did you Pay by Cheque or Cash ? If Cash you can't be careless to have lost the receipt.

2. It is il-legal to call somebody for extracting money. Lodge a Police complaint against them and also file a complaint with RBI.

Indian System is Built on a Solid Layer of Corruption, don't be WEAK, BE STRONG and Fight Them. By Crying you will reach no where. Face them Boldly.
