HDFC Credit Cards Customer Care Sucks

HDFC Bank without my consent upgraded the credit card and have canceled my old card. So whats the big hassle here ? Well, I had set my Credit Card for Some Online Auto Payments and they all failed due to a technical problem with HDFC. That in-turn led to disconnection of my other services and life is upside down.

I call the customer care executive, as usual they are useless. Then I have to pamper them to get the line transferred to the Manager who turned out still hopeless as she told she will get back to me in 48 hours and its been more than 100 hours [4 days] and no response.

The thing is RBI is a silent spectator to the Whim and Fancy functioning of HDFC Banks Credit Card Division and I believe that RBI lacks the will to regulate these Banks causing un-necessary problems for customers.
