Credit Card is an Unsecured Loan and as on date there are no Laws to protect Jobless or Fraudsters who default purposely.

I am surprised to receive outstanding on above mentioned credit card whereas I have made full and final payment vide the  settlement letter. No RS\NWOFF\ BOM\ HDM \ CIA\ 1811209 dated 18th November 2009 for Rs.51203.77 which I have paid in full as per given below plan.
Date            Cheque no.  amount     Recept No      Date
08-10-2009      900195    4538.00   Credit card statement            8/10/2009
21-11-2009      520798     6665.77   CPD2 0031273                   21/11/2009
12-12-2009      cash        10000.00   CPD2 0041707                12/12/2009
27-01-2009      527094     10000.00   CPD2 0031271                 21/11/2009
27-01-2010      527096     10000.00   CPD2 0031272                 21/11/2009
27-02-2010      527097      10000.00   CPD2 0031272                 21/11/2009
Total Amount             51203.77
Please note that sum total including that of Cedit Card statement amount adds upto settlement amount which was agreed upon by your executive Mr. Ajay. So how you can unilaterally make settlement letter as null and void. You only give settlement letter when you receive the total amount in advance as you can see all the receipts were issued on one day except one which was paid in cash as cheque was returned. I hope your company can see the reason and revoke the null and void letter.
