I do facing same issue with SBI. On my card there is fraud transactions happened. After long call and sending number of mail giving fraud call number but no feed back report from SBI side daily received number of call no reply from opposite side…again today received call from number +917705077737 said SBI nariman point Mumbai saying you are having points on SBI card and do you want to encash that etc i couldn’t understood how they know all information of my card points and all. This transaction had in Sept’14 but i not paid so they are adding interest on that…its all is ridiculous thing investigation department is not cooperating at all.I will never work with SBI Cards
What are Consumer Rights in this regard ?
