Please advice regarding CC settlement

I had 2 CC s in 2005 which I defaulted, due to some family problem we sold our house and thus the bank could not trace me..things were worse financially so I had to ignore it. Now I wish to do a settlement how do I contact the bank it was hdfc and citi also my amount with HDFC was approx Rs 30,000 due and now I am sure it would be above a lac how do I negotiate and how much.I don't have and details with me like account number or CC number how do I contact the bank...kindly suggest help, guide

1. Get your Credit Report and See What is in it.

2. Then You will have the account numbers of both the accounts.

3. Once you get the REPORT kindly send the same to feedback @ cardbhai dot com and I will send you a draft on letter which you can print, sign and send it to the Banking Ombudsman.
