My Credit Card Number is 4541 9823 3921 6266. I have been using it from last 3 years. They had levied annual charge on July/2013. Then i expressed desired to cancel the card. They insist me to continue but i didn't want it to continue it. Finally they levied charge with late fee 2445.5 and forcing me to pay otherwise they will degrade credit rating.
They are sending daily reminder message and call. which has mentally disturbed me. I want removal of unwanted charges and closure of card, without affecting credit rating.
He is Right in appealing his case, just that he has to escalate the matter to the StanChart Ombudsman who will intervene and close the case. In case if that doesn't happen then escalate the matter to RBI Ombudsman depending on the region where customer is present.
