I Cancel my credit card but i receive calls like defaulter of Citibank credit card. I did a shopping of around 15K, in 2008 i received statement of RS 50000 due now they have increased the amount. i recently taken new mobile connection and they are calling like courier people asking my number and address,i receive and all my friends receive calls from my outgoing numbers list. Please tell me how do I go about negotiating with the bank and is there any possibility of my name getting removed from CIBIL, after making the payment.
This is urgent.
Please help me.
