Hi Team, Bank of Baroda sent me Credit Card statement of other person for 5 months. When I raised this issue bank of Baroda closed my issue without responding properly. I also ask for compensation for the same then no action was taken by concern department. I want to claim compensation against harassment which I faced for 5 months.
Solution: As a Good Citizen you have gracefully closed the matter. However, the bank will not issue any compensation but must have some rewarding words, but if they do so in writing they will indirectly accept their fault so I believe they won't do it.
