In need of US Dollar Credit card / Travelers card . It should fullfill preferably following conditions ( 1 ) Payable amount is in US Dollar only. US Dollar payment is 100 % REQUIRED. ( 2 ) Preferably validity for 1 year ( 3 ) Its transaction is possible like ONLINE crediting the membership fess of American societies / exams e.g. ASNT—American Society for non–destructive testing www.asnt.org ( 4 ) Re-charge is possible. ( 5 ) It should have PIN / Password for online payment.

1. You can use any Indian Credit Card issued by HDFC, iCICI Bank etc for Making Online Transaction in USD and it need not be a Traveler's Card.
2. SBI and other Banks Issue USD or Foreign Currency Cards only upon you having VISA and some Managers may also insist on seeing your travel tickets do discourage fraud.
