Hi,
I used a HSBC credit card a few years back and had to rush out of station, hence handed it over to a friend of mine to get it surrendered. Since then I have not been stable at any of the location and have been continuously moving. Now after all these years I came to know that the credit card has got an outstanding balance and I have been blacklisted. Also the card was never surrendered. I haven't received any call yet but a common friend told me about this. Now I am willing to settle the things out and don't want to be blacklisted.
I somehow came to know that the outstanding amount a few years back was around 20k.
Could the experts please advice me of a workaround for the same to get everything settled and also about the amount that I would have to pay.
I also don't have the card details now as the card is no more with me and the friend has no contact left around.
Thanks,
Arun
