My account with CITI financial personel loan status shown in CIBIL report is : WRITTEN OFF.
current bal:63904.00 & Overdue:17470.00.
1). I am ready to close the account by approachin bank.The thing I was bothered is whether the bank will send the letter to CIBIL that my account is closed?,so that my status will be shown CLOSED on CIBIL Report.
2). What Assurance letters I have to take from the bank while closing inorder to fight in the future if the CIBIL Status for this account is not shown CLOSED.
3).Is there any chances for reducing the amount in Current bal & Overdue.
