Title: How to Remove Name from CIBIL List after Settlement ?

I have cleared my personal loan from ICICI and India Bulls on April,2009 and March,2011 respectively.But my name is still in CIBIL defaulter list.How can I remove my name in list.

1. Everybody's name including mine is in the CIBIL list.
2. Go through this and See if their are any NEGATIVE REMARKS in the STATUS Column

3. If so then you have to write to the Bank's Ombudsman where you have settled the Loan / dues.
4. Bank will then probably say it will appear as SETTLED.
5. If you want Clean Credit History then they may demand for more. So negotiate and tell them you have already paid more. Only negotiaions help here.
