Title: Can Card Company use collection Agents after Write off

Dear All

I had a dispute with  HSBC  for a outstanding amount . Recently i   applied for a  credit report form CIBIL where status is Write off . 

However i still continue to receive  unsolicited calls from  their collection agents  asking me to pay

Can a Credit Card company  persure a outstanding after  they have  reported written off to CIBIL ?

what is the legal recourse i have

Settle the Dispute. Write to HSBC Ombudsman and if he fails to resolve then contact RBI Ombudsman.
